Our experienced teams work with our clients to evaluate where litigation is appropriate or where alternative dispute resolution is likely to be more effective in settling a claim. Where litigation is appropriate, we act decisively but constantly keep in mind the cost effectiveness of the action being undertaken.
Our service is divided into three main areas: our pre-legal collections service and recoveries litigation service which together can handle volume claims for both lenders and other large commercial organisations and our dispute resolution division which provides a bespoke professional negligence and property litigation service for lender clients.
