Duncan’s background is in Client Relations and Operational Management in the financial services and legal industry.
Prior to joining Optima in 2007, Duncan fulfilled the roles of Operations Manager for a large law firm and Team Manager for National Australia Group. Duncan’s experience in the financial services industry has helped give him an understanding of both client and operational requirements.
