With over 10 years client relationship and operational management experience, Natalie joined Optima in May 2015 having previously held the role of client relationship manager at drydensfairfax, where she was responsible for a number of blue chip financial services clients.

At Optima Natalie works closely with our executive and operational teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery and performance.
